1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than damage or an incorrect item being received.
Please review all product details, sizing information, and customization options carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging
Once approved, we will send a replacement at no cost, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because all sales are final, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Wrong size or fit

Change of mind

Custom/personalized items

Items not reported as damaged within the 7-day window
4. Shipping Damage
If damage appears to have occurred during shipping, retain all packaging materials, as the carrier may require them for claims processing.
